Leading by Example dramatically illustrates the difference a mentor or coach can make in our working relationship and indeed in our lives. This stands in sharp contrast to the idea of a ‘boss’ who merely wants results without regard to culture or connection or sustainability.  Leading by Example begins to help transform managers into better mentors and coaches who can generate peak performance and greater results from the people they supervise.
