Leaders within your organization may well understand the importance of avoiding obvious discriminatory interview questions based on age, race, sex, religion and national origin. But, what if a manager asks a discriminatory question unintentionally? This program provides managers with expert advice about why they must be aware of their legal limitations before conducting a job interview. This includes knowing which questions are legal and illegal, and following a structured interview plan that directly relates to the job requirements. Also, we explore avoiding spontaneous comments or questions that aren't included in the interview plan. (Prerequisite: prior attendance in course #1 ‘More Than A Gut Feeling’.)
